Shipment & Processing Policy

At Renew Skincare, we believe in providing you with clean, sensitive and edifying products. We strive to create each product with grace-and extend that grace even in how our order is prepared and delivered. Because each of our products are handmade in small batches, please allow for a thoughtful processing timeline.

Processing Time

• Products are typically curated in bi-weekly increments to ensure freshness, purity and integrity.
• Regular inventory being updated to reflect such. If you find you have a time sensitive request, please email us at contact.renewskincare@gmail.com. We will do our very best to accommodate you within our batching schedule. 

Shipment Time

• After processing, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your selection at checkout. 
• Typical shipping times range from 3-5 business days within the U.S.
• Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Because we operate with a small-batch, faith-centered mindset, our processing may take slightly longer than mass-produced brands-but every jar is prayed over, lovingly created, and sent with care.

Return Policy

Because our products are made with care and purpose, we hope you'll love them as much as we do. But if something isn't right, we're here to make it right-in a way that is kind to you and sustainable for us. We truly appreciate your understanding.

• If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a store credit within 14 days of delivery. All products are eligible for returns. Please email contact.renewskincare@gmail.com to graciously service your return.
